A.) THE PROJECT PROPONENT
The project proponent is the Yamas Development (YADECO) Corporation
Represented by Dr. Feliciano A. Yamas the President, whose office
is located at S. Yamas Bldg., Rizal St. corner Osmeña St.,
Magugpo Poblacion, Tagum City
Province of Davao del Norte.
B.) THE PROJECT SITE
The proposed Subdivision to be developed for a housing project is located at
Purok Mangga, Lower La Union Mankilam Tagum City. The site has a
Total land area of one hundred seven thousand eight hundred thirty
Five (107,835) square meters more or less under Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-254261. With lot #: 207720 being S, 20-43, W-651.52m Cad=276 per TCT-T254261. The said property is only a few minutes derive from downtown area or place within the heart of the city located near the Assumpta Schools and diversion roads from the Comprehensive Development Plan of the City, the area is within the residential zone. It has a distance of 2.5km. more or less to the main fare of the city. The sites can easily be reached by all types of Land Transport Vehicles.
C.) THE PROPOSED PROJECT
The land to be developed for sites of housing project undertaken by the proponent shall be SUNRISE SUBDIVISION represented by the YAMAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; the said Corporation was registered at the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), DTI, BIR. And the proposed sites for socialized housing units is to be registered with the Housing and Land Used Regulatory Board as socialized residential Subdivision. The proponent will help the government raised sufficient revenues and contribute portion of the cost of services in the development subdivision. Provide affordable low cost but quality sites for housing project; help facilitate the delivery of adequate, social and economic services with the end view of improving the quality of life of every Filipino people.
